Asian Card

Hi crafty reader!  It's been a while since my last Asian-themed card.  Since I started crafting, I've always collected craft tools and materials that are Asian-inspired.  One of the asian stamp designers I admire is Ching Chou Kuik.  Although I find her images a bit challenging to color for my skill, I still push myself and give it a shot.

Here's my latest CCK card:

I experimented on a different closure this time.  It does keep the card closed and it's easy to open, but it will need some effort to close it again.  I will have to work on this particular style some more.  But for now, I like the look of it.

Materials used:
cardstock/dp:  Bazzil, Wausau, Copic, washi paper, leftover
image:  Ching Chou Kuik
ink:  Tsukineko, Copic, Spica
tools:  Martha Stewart, Spellbinders, Cuttlebug, flower punches
embellishmets:  twist tie, brads
adhesive:  Scotch, Zots, mounting tape

'Til next blog!
