Celebrate

It's hump day!  And today is also DSIL's birthday.  A couple of months ago, I made a Tag Set for her and a few days ago, I made a birthday card to match.  I was still in the mood for the Flower Burst edge punch by EK Success, so I played with it again.  This time, I layered it like this:
