WCMD Card 16

I am proud to say I have redeemed myself this month.  Things are settling down in RL, that I am able to find time to play in my planet.  World Card Making Day is one of my favorite craft holidays, and I really made sure to make a card for each day of this month.  I have been doing good so far, only I haven't had the chance to share my posts.  For a recap, you can check out the cards I have made since Day 1:

I would like to mention that my improvised photo studio is working really great.  The cards I have made so far were taken with this new system I'm using, and my Samsung Galaxy Note 4.  I don't see myself buying another compact photo studio any time in the future. It makes me sad because it seems regular cameras are starting to fade away with what cellphones can do nowadays.  I'm a Canon junkie, but I haven't used my PowerShot SX150IS in a long time. When we went to Hawaii, New York and Chicago earlier this year, I didn't even bring my Canon camera with me.  All our travel pics were taken with my Samsung Galaxy Note 4.  I have had prints made with those pics, and I have been very satisfied.

Anyway for today's card, I used a lot of paper piercing.  This is one of my favorite paper crafting techniques.  It does take time, but I find it relaxing.  The sentiment is from the "Sewn With Love" set by Our Daily Bread Designs.

'Til next blog!
