REVIEW: Popcorn Pens

Category:  Other
I chanced upon these pens in Yuzawaya Craft Store in Yamato, Japan. I didn't understand it
at first, but when I saw the pamphlet that came with it, I understood how it worked. You just write with it on any surface, heat it, then the ink just puffs out. Way cool!!!

You write with it like a pen. You can cover an entire space or just basically write letters. Then blast it with a heatgun. The ink will puff out like what you can see in a card that I made here. The more you heat it up, the more it puffs. So it's up to you how puffy you want it to be. The result is very dimensional and you can really feel the puffy texture with your hands. Dong-A carries one too, and it's available at www.jetpens.com or you can just click right here.
