What is it with ink?!?!? I already have almost all of the Stampin' Up ink pads (with corresponding reinkers, mind you)... and a few of the Ranger Distress and ColorBok ink pads. And guess what I bought yesterday during a visit at Joann's???
Well, it was on clearance. But still. What the heck?!??!
So to make me feel better, I made sure to play with it last night before going to bed. I used it to make a background for my latest card:
And to go with my background, I colored the big words of my sentiment with matching Copic markers. See the dots below the ribbon? They were actually punched with Crop-A-Dile.
Materials used:
cardstock/dp: Wassau, leftovers
image/sentiment: unknown (RAKed)
ink: Martha Stewart, Copic
tools: Spellbinders, Stampin' Up ticket corner punch, Crop-A-Dile
embellishments: ribbon, brad
adhesive: Scotch, mounting tape
Have a great week everyone... 'Til next blog!

This is awesome Joan, and I love the way you made the background here. It looks really cool. And also the sentiment is awesome and I love you made it in different colors too. Great idea, why did I never think of that LOL. Really great work
I love the splash of mixture colour...so fun, vivid and beautiful! Awesome card!

Beautiful colors! LOL, I did the same thing this weekend! I have way to many colors of inks but I too bought more.
